We added Reese's peanut butter chips to the batter. A little went a long way; they were very peanut buttery. I topped mine with some of Aunt Mary's raspberry currant jelly. Tasted just like a PB&J sandwich!
Documenting the history of our Sunday Morning Pancake Experiment (SMPX), begun in June 2008. Our goal: mix up a different kind of pancake every Sunday morning. The weirder the better.

I'm so jealous that you have Aunt Mary's raspberry currant jelly. That is hands down the best jelly in the world. It looks like you were eating huge mounds of it on those pancakes too.
